A strategic plan analysis was carried out with the following goal: to provide TETAROM with IASP's judgement regarding the feasibility of creating a technology park in Cluj-Napoca including a detailed rationale of this judgement, highlighting in a clear manner the pros and cons that such a project will encounter as well as the necessary conditions that must be in place to secure the success of a project.
